Verifies the integrety of the projects, as builds are executed immediately after a code change was detected. This plan provides no artifiacts (use a nightly build instead).

* Sub page with summary of current subscribers and ability to cancel
subscriptions.
* Added Admin page for items on PubSub Node
* Modelled after the subscribers page.
* Also some small improvements to previous PubSub admin code.
