Update DefaultPubSubPersistenceProvider to read and write ofPubsubItem.payload through DbConnectionManager's getLargeTextField/setLargeTextField helpers instead of direct getString/setString calls.

This makes pubsub payload persistence honor database-specific large-text handling while preserving null payload behavior.
