OF-2153: Gracefully reject SM resumption on wrong cluster node

This adds two (inline) junit-based tests that each create to a running Openfire server a bunch of times, trying to authenticate.

These tests were added as a poor-mans guard against a faulty BOSH implementation, that had concurrency issues. See https://igniterealtime.atlassian.net/browse/OF-2156

Openfire currently does not allow XEP-0198 resumption on a cluster node different than the one that originally had the session.

This commit adds exception handling for this scenario.
